Simple & Spooky Halloween Pumpkin and Wreath Making with Sumac!

I have been collecting sumac for my nature crafting and I saw this cute pumpkin in a book and thought I had to try to make it! Now, I have never cut a pumpkin up before but, here is my making. The sumac is used for the devilish ears! Isn't it a cute idea!
If my pumpkin had been larger I could have cut the mouth higher to not see the voltive candle inside. But, it is what it is! I will list the sumac berries and pine cone rosettes in my Etsy shop," ByLightOfMoon" and if you are looking for any other nature items just ask me and I probably have it. I also stock pine cones of all shapes and sizes that I find in the woods. These sumac pod berries can be taken apart for the ears as a whole pod is probably not needed but they can also be used for making your Holiday Christmas Wreaths too.
I also collect the little pine cone rosettes the squirrel chew on and all kinds of pods and natural found wood items.
So many things can be found in the forest for using natural organic items in our craft makings.
When I was looking at some magnolia pods I collected last year I found this tuny mushroom growing on it along with another on a tiny bit of wood.
Also, the Sassafras leaves I have been pressing;

Great job carving your first Pumpkin. I have a few pine cones lying around but nothing like what you have in your woods.
