Two Dogs and Two Cats all Get Along Just Fine!

My granddog "Barkley" has been over this week to visit us and we all loved it. He is the older brother now and our rescue golden retriever "Emma" and now two recent rescue cats, Blck and Blu" are all getting along just fine now. What a relief!

Barkley is my real grandog and is 10 years old this year. Emma had her first birthday and she and her step-brother play together like always. Emma just gets along fine with everyone and everypaw she meets. She and Barkley play tennis ball and run and play outside with their toys till they just wear out for a nap.

I also recently caught Emma and Blu playing on our bed, They were just rolling around with each other, and did you see when Emma had her arm around Blu at a rest moment? WOW! Who'da thought! And she even was playing with Blck on the sofa last night and he hid from her for weeks after they came to live with us.

Blck and Blu play straws together all the time. I cannot keep them on my counter in the glass as they get them down and bat them all over the place till Emma picks them up and we have to take them away from her. We don't want her swallowing any of it.

They all eat together, I put the cats food dishes under Emma's food so hopefully she will stay OUT of their food. It is gone in a second if I don;t pay attention. and they have all deceided to drink from the same water bowl anyway.
