Sourdough Bread and To Do List for Sourdough Starter!

This is a photos of my breakfast yesterday with the Sourdough Recipe Started I made and this is the first batch of bread made along with 6 rolls which were eaten hot from the oven before photos could be taken. They were so Yummy!   I did even take a bite of my toast before I thought to take a picture of it.

I am going to make the To Do Maker I saw on Pinterest to remember which days to feed the starter mix in the refrigerator. I know just three days apart but I forget even that far back anymore.

I will make the To Do on one side and the 1 day, 2 day, 3 three day movable to the next side each day when I make the morning coffee. Well, I don't make the coffee, My Dear Husband makes it before we go to bed each night and all I do is push the start button.  I know, I have it made, don't I? I do really appreciate him doing that for me, usually I have half the pot drank before he gets up.

Here is the To Do List I made like the one I saw on Pinterest for a boy to do his household chores, It is the Day One, Two, and Three to renew the Sourdough Starter Mix and make something like bread, rolls, cinnamon rolls, or whatever we decide on the 3-5th day. I need to add to more clothespins to it after I read I had more days.

I used a pink blind slat  I got from the recycle bin as you read I do so often when I see something I can use someone else discarded.  I originally got it to make plant makers in the garden. Every time I plant, I put a pink marker in the hole to show this is something I planted to watch to come up. I wrote on them with magic marker the name but it washes off, so I add a Popsicle stick with the plant name next to the pink blind which I cut into three or four pieces.

While I am showing you the To DO list I made I will explain the plates on the wall next to it. The Top two, my Mother painted, the floral in a frame and the yellow circle of florals. The next is a "Kewpie Dolls" Plate followed by a "Holly Hobbie" plate.  Just a few of my favorite things!

Well, tomorrow I do the starter again and we may make more bread, one loaf is gone already gone or get inspired to make cinnamon rolls, I used to make them years ago, they are just a little more time consuming.
