One World, One Heart 2001 Annual Event

Hi,

My name is Cyndi and I love mixed media. I just like to start putting things together to see what I can make! I usually have an idea but the materials just jump into my mind as I add things and think what would be good to go next and what will work with what!

I love to work on it and then come back another day to see if I still like it and approve or not where I am with it. I usually add a few more things rummaging through my supplies which are overflowing. I really like a shabby look like lace and linens, but I found these brass look hearts after Christmas and thought they might be nice Valentine gifts with additions to them. So, here is what I came up with.

I am so happy to be with One World, One Heart  again this year, the last year for this wonderful event. I see today Lisa is already up to 507 bloggers so I will be around that number I suppose as I had to get my photo together. 

I will also for the "One Heart One World" event offer as good bag of "mixed media", they could be; supplies for scrapbook, jewelry, crafting books,  fabrics, nature, notions, garden, animals, many things for you to make a fun project and I will also sent a gift to you that I have made.

I also am an ex-mass buyer as I love to shop for supplies till the point I am on overload and will be sharing by selling supplies as well as my vintage and new items in my selling outlets on the sidebar. I love romantic shabby chic, floral, fairies, dragonflies, mermaids, as well as primitive make-do's, nature jars, paper Ephemera, games, quilts,  and learning new ideas by blog hopping myself.

I have collected to sew, scrapbook, jewelry, soap, candles, nature items from everywhere, felting, to up cycle, recycle, re-do and everything else.  I really like to work on mixed media so I am into everything.

I adore the Junk 'in shows on television this year. That is my calling but I am old, too old for climbing in barns as much as I would love to so, but even today I was going through my bins of linens and loving the feel of the fabrics, floral, stripes, retro, dots, shabby chic, name brand, " Laura Ashley" and "Ralph Lauren" and loving it. I also collect China for mosaics, buttons, and  jewelry.

 I also love animals very much! It is so hard to reflect  in memory of our Two 12 year old Golden Retrievers, Megan and Jordan we lost. We rescued another Golden, Emma!  Then we rescued two cats from a service begging for more room for injured animals so we helped adopt out two recovered and  healthy cats.  Last year, our dogs brought to our back door a 10 oz. Kitten and very proud of her. So Yes, she is named Lilly now and growing with two dog buddies and two cats looking out for her as she is so inquisitive.  We love her too!
